The Markerbox extension/software is published under the GNU General Public License 3 and the Creative Commons license BY-NC-SA 4.0. It is free to use for personal and commercial projects. Copyright remarks may not be removed.
In case you want to develop an own project, based on Markerbox, or if you want to redistribute Markerbox or derivates of it or in case you want to bundle it with other packages please read the GNU and CC licenses carefully. In brief, you may modify and redistribute Markerbox, provided all copyright information remains intact and only if you redistribute your product under the same licenses (in this case, as a free product). You may under no circumstances sell Markerbox, derivates of it or bundles including Markerbox.
Should you be planning any kind of modification, redistribution or bundling please read the licenses carefully. In case of doubt please get in touch. I'm sure we can work something out.
The name "Markerbox" and the Markerbox logo are protected by international copyright laws. They may be used unchanged as long as the Markerbox software remains unchanged, even if the Markerbox extension is bundled with other products.
In case you modify the Markerbox software or use parts of it to develop your own product the logo must be removed from the new extension or product, unless you have the explicit permission of the creator to continue using the Markerbox brand. In any case, according to the GNU and CC licenses, all copyright notices must remain intact.

The nature of the Markerbox extension makes it necessary to mention names of companies and products, in explanations or other texts, on this website or in other media, especially Adobe and Premiere Pro. None of the companies mentioned on this website are in any manner related to Markerbox or its creator. Markerbox is in no way endorsed or supported by Adobe or other companies.
The creator of Markerbox claims no rights to any third-party names, brands, logos, products or services.
The Markerbox extension is a personal non-profit project. It is distributed, without charge, in the hope that it will be useful to filmmakers, editors and others using Adobe Premiere Pro.
The software is work in progress and is provided "as is" without any warranty or liability. You are solely responsible for everything you do with the software and for every effect this may have or any damage it may cause.
